During the excursion we cant except the illness child to tale with us. We can tell to the parents.
If the day was cloudy we can take the umbrella and rain coats for children. We can take the jumpers.

For example if you are planning an excursion to the zoo and the bus comes at 9:00am, a parent is running late, comes to the centre at 9:30am and misses the bus. You could provide a notice on the door that provides details of the expected time you will reach the zoo, a phone number of a staff on the excursion to contact, where you will meet and at what time etc, so the child doesn't miss out just because he is late.
