Your Question?
Detail a plan for possible eventualities (weather extremes, late comers, and child illness during excursion).

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
During the excursion we cant except the illness child to tale with us. We can tell to the parents.
If the day was cloudy we can take the umbrella and rain coats for children. We can take the jumpers.

So with this question you need to make a plan and add details about what would happen if there is rainy weather, a parent comes late and misses the drop etc. You need to provide information about what will happen in these circumstances. For example if you are planning an excursion to the zoo and the bus comes at 9:00am, a parent is running late, comes to the centre at 9:30am and misses the bus. You could provide a notice on the door that provides details of the expected time you will reach the zoo, a phone number of a staff on the excursion to contact, where you will meet and at what time etc, so the child doesn't miss out just because he is late.
