Reflect on the last time one of your friends said they were listening to you, but you could tell that they weren't. How did you know they weren't listening? How did it make you feel?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
-I can tell they’re not listening to me because I can hear them talking, laughing while I’m talking. And it makes me feel I’m a bad friend, Feeling sad and alone or doesn’t belong with my friend.
