contribution to develop centre policies

Post by sowsri » Tue Sep 09, 2014 6:11 pm

Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: CHCORG303C
Your Assignment Type: Standard Question
Currently Working in Childcare? No
Your knowledge: Beginner

Your Question?
How could you contribute to the development and review of policies and practices in your service?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Firstly we need to evaluate existing philosophy, policy and procedures and then prioritize areas where it needs development.
When we notice a policy is contradicting a legal or ethical direction, then we need to bring to notice to the service director and should review it with all other educators and can include the families too.
When we notice an incident occurring that indicate policy is not working or when there is any change within the legal requirement we should bring it to notice.
One should be willing to make suggestions and contribute to discussions. We can also contribute by volunteering to follow things up if others are unable to

Description and Message:
HI, Can anyone review my answer??????
Any suggestions are appreciated.
thanks
