Part D - Compliance
A big part of your job is to comply with all relevant childcare legislation, regulations and framework as well as your organisation’s policy and procedures. In a one page document explain:
How you work in a manner that complements the work of others around you while still abiding by policies and rules of the workplace. Be sure to include details of:
• Legislation, by name, relevant to organisation and work carried out, including occupational health and safety (OHS) and privacy/confidentiality
• Organisation mission, philosophy, organisation structure, policies and procedures
• The relevance of your work role and functions in maintaining sustainability of the workplace
