In South Australia we follow...

Workplace Health and Safety Act 2012 (SA)
Work Health and Safety Regulations 2012 (SA)


I am abit confused about the model legislation part have i already mentioned ii? and the codes of practices, I have found the WHS codes of practices for all to follow, but many of them do not relate to childcare.

Description and Message:
I have researched ALOT and can not find the answer to "codes of practises that Children’s services are required to follow" - are these practices like sunsmart, SIDS, manual handling...
or do i just put down what realtes to childcare from the WHS codes or practices for all that I have found on Safe work australia and south australia sites??

This is my last question for bridging and its got me stumped!

Ok so the first bit is right...

For the model legislation it may be referring to ECS National Law and Regulation.

Maybe for code of practices refers to the NQS. These can be found in the above document as well...

This is the only document I can think of for your question. If not I'll try and find something else...
