b) What would be the process you would follow if you find that you have children with additional needs in your care (i.e. skills, age mix, dynamics and size of the group of children, and the level of risk involved in activities)?
please help!
this was the answer i sent to my trainer: i feel like i should say that its the same as the mixed age ratios in that it varies depending on the amount of children at each age in the care, and if there is any higher risk activities going on then we would need higher supervision in place?
my trainers response:
You are on the right track here in relation to providing more supervision and closer supervision where relevant.
You may also like to consider the process a service follows when they need to provide an extra educator to ensure children's safety and provide support.
i cant find anything about said process???
