Children’s health and safety

Could some one pls point me in the right direction. Have been looking for AGES. I’m looking for the policies/procedures regarding who can see the accident/illness/incident report.
My answer is only staff. But that’s a guess.

I would say the educator writing it, the witness, the director, parents involved...
