15. Access a child protection policy from a service. Do you think this policy meets the legal and ethical requirements in the state from which it is based? Why or why not?

So, you will need to compare a child protection policy from a centre to the legal requirements of child protection of your state.

1) Do you have a copy of a child protection policy? Are you able to get one from your centre?

2) Search for your child protection laws within your state and compare them with the centre's policy.
