I need help on the below question please.
Q)Give Four examples of ‘child focused’ work practices.
My Ans)Examples of child focused work practices are:
1)Ensure their immediate safety.
2)To help them develop to their highest potential.
3)To uphold their humanrights.
4)A child- centred belief that every child has a right to a safe passage through childhood and the right to grow in an environment free from harm.
I am asked for work practices as how you respond to children, in my remark. Kindly help

o Interacting throughout daily practices and experiences with children
o Asking open ended questions
o Listening and responding to questions asked
o Providing appropriate experiences linking to children's interest and developmental needs and strengths
o Believe children when they tell you things
o Keep children safe at all times
o Include the children in decision making.
