An example could be that a parent approached you to talk to you about why their child had been involved in a particular incident on that day. You were not aware of the incident the parents was referring too so had to ask another educator to discuss it with them. So to manage this in the future any incidents that occur with children in your room, you can be notified about to provide information to the parents about it...
