Hi Im having trouble with the 3rd part of a case study question this is what I have so far...
1. Imagine you have discovered that a colleague has leaked details about a famous patient/ client or child to the press concerning the details of their condition and their treatment or care.
How would you proceed in this scenario?
If I discovered that a colleague had leaked details about a clients condition and treatment of care I file a report and report them to my team manager for further assessment
2. How and/or when would you make a report?
As soon as I discovered the incident had happened I would follow up a report with my supervisor, if the situation isn’t resolved within my workplace I would then take the matter to the OAIC (The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.) For further investigation.
3. How would you make sure your reporting process complied with organisational policies and procedures?
