Conduct further research and explain in detail, positive communication styles and procedures that can be used when dealing with children in case situations.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Just clarifying, does it mean getting down to the child's level, appropriate language for the age group, giving praise?
