the question is:

your task is to plan and implement a music and movement program for a group of children over five working days. create a program for either a group of toddlers or a group of preschoolers. when completing this activity you must include:
- a full written plan
- how you will carry out one individual and one group observation of children during each activity - ensure you use different children in each case
- how you will evaluate the effectiveness of each activity by writing a half-to-one page report
- how you will use observations, feed back and evaluations to be able to modify, change or extend the program - write a one page report

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
i have done the activities over the week, one a day

so i have written the plan that is pretty simple, but i am confused about the observations. at my centre i do obs, portfolios, day books so i am quite familar with that. but it says 'how will you', is it asking me to:

- for example: i would sit down with the children, do the activity, record what happened and what the children said/did. to ensure i have different children for each activity i would do each activity on different days at different times
or
- provide a group observation for each activity and an individual ob for each activity

I need help understanding the question that this is asking me, the wording is weird and i have talk to my supervisor at work as well as other staff and their interpretations of the question are all different.

because its a bit confusing and im being told to do different things i keep procrastinating lol and i dont want to do it.

From my understanding the question is basically asking how you intend to carry out each task as mentioned as well as include observations, evaluation report and modify/extension report. For example: for the second report on evaluating the effectiveness of each activity to do this you can observe children participating in the experience, discuss whether or not they achieved attended goal, speak to children about whether they like the experience, write down comments children made during the activity etc.
