any observation guidelines/standards, including how you ensure that information is accurate and free from biased comments and negative labelling.
I know what being biased is but can't find what the guidelines/standards are. Could anyone please help me .I would be ever so grateful for any input ..
this is what I have probably completely wrong
Being bias is a stereotyped attitude towards people of different racial ,cultural, religious or social ( poor, rich ) backgrounds.
stereotyped attitudes involve personal values and prejudices that affect your alibility to be objective.
Negative labelling involves labelling a child in a particular way. To avoid doing this you should describe actions and behaviours .
don't call a child silly, naughty, bad, stupid, colour of skin ETC.
I'm not sure if i'm on the right track ,not sure what the guidelines and standards are I can't find them GRRRRRR
