CHCECE009 - Documenting What You See

Hey guys I just saw the rules for writing up a question
I just needed some help on understanding the term point of evidence

My answer and understanding at the moment is you simply document what you see in the experience the child is participating in and you don't add in their expressions or what you think they felt ?

Wouldn't it be referring to the EYLF outcomes, principles and practices as your points of evidence...
