This is what I have put down...Not sure if it looks ok or not...
• Work to ensure children and families with additional needs can exercise their rights.
• Minimize transitions by anticipating and preparing the child for any change in routine or schedule and avoid surprises
• Most of all be positive, be creative and be flexible
• Use combinations of firm expectations and flexibility is necessary and provide choices, but limit them.
