CHCCN302A Childrens sleep requirements for each age group

Hey guys, the question Im busy with is Provide suggested sleep requirements for each age group
- up to 6 months
- 6 months to 2 years
- 2 to 3 years
- 3- 5 years
etc.( a few other age groups as well)
Every resource I have tells me something pretty different to the others,
I dont know which one is right, I was just wondering if theres a website or something which would have the requirements that are nationally recognised as well
