CHC30213 - Certificate III in Education Support

I am studying this course with Alffie and now have my first Case Study which I have never done before. Support Student Development Units are CHCECE006, CHCEDS003 and CHCEDS007. Is anyone else doing this course?
I need to do a General Plan of Action and also provide Specific Instructions Guidance (ie Step by Step instructions on how the general plan will be implemented).
I am really struggling on the above. Can someone please help me?

Here is information on an action plan:

Writing An Action Plan

It mentions in the scenario it mentions Ella works better in groups, so to adjust it you could have two children working together for this task.

You could keep Ella focused by asking her questions during the task of getting her to explain what she is doing for example:

Ella, what's this number?
How many popsicle sticks have you got?
You have 5 popsicle sticks which number do you place it under?
Can you collect 6 popsicle sticks? etc.
