Someone plz help me regarding this question which i found bit hard......the question is .... You have been asked to attend a meeting in your centre about safety.over the last six months there have been minor incidents and injuries amongst the staff but nothing of major significance(no work tome has been lost, no medical visits required)
The centre is understanding a six- monthly review of all the work place health and safety reports
You motice that each of these events has accured in the bathroom. On one occasion there was a fall near the toilets. On another accasion a person slipped near the basins but managed to right herself in time. On the third occassion that same person banged her arm against the wall ( once again while near the basins) then try to stop child from falling.
The reports indicate that children were present on all three occassions and that the floor was wet.
Identify:
1.Potential Hazard
2.Using the hierarchy of risk control diagram in your workbook select the best course of action to reduce the risk and list the steps
3.how you would monitor the effectiveness of these steps
4.what are the appropriate forms to be completed for each incident

Firstly both of your posts are Cert III Assignment questions so they should have been posted in the Assignments forum & not general forum.
I have moved them both to the correct forum.
I know you are new but you MUST read the forum rules & regulations before posting as this will help you post properly and get more responses to your posts, as for one posting in the wrong area means your question may not even get read by those looking to assist people .
Also you have given the Unit code can you give us the unit title in the heading as well. If you tell me what it is I can add it in for you .
Now to your questionn
1. What is a hazard? read through your question and think what the hazard could be.
2. I cannot see your workbook so I cannot help you but from the question I assume you have some kind of diagrams and you need to choose the correct one.
3. Once you have done Q2 you will have the steps they are talking about now you need to make sure that they are working so how would you do that.
4. If incidents occur paperwork needs to be filled out. So what paperwork is this.
I am assuming since they mention a workbook that you have all the information needed to find answers to your questions, you need to read through the workbook and any textbooks they have given/recommended.
Once you post your answers I can help you more
