Someone plz help me regarding this question which i found bit hard......the question is .... You have been asked to attend a meeting in your centre about safety.over the last six months there have been minor incidents and injuries amongst the staff but nothing of major significance(no work tome has been lost, no medical visits required)
The centre is understanding a six- monthly review of all the work place health and safety reports
You motice that each of these events has accured in the bathroom. On one occasion there was a fall near the toilets. On another accasion a person slipped near the basins but managed to right herself in time. On the third occassion that same person banged her arm against the wall ( once again while near the basins) then try to stop child from falling.
The reports indicate that children were present on all three occassions and that the floor was wet.
Identify:
1.Potential Hazard
2.Using the hierarchy of risk control diagram in your workbook select the best course of action to reduce the risk and list the steps
3.how you would monitor the effectiveness of these steps
4.what are the appropriate forms to be completed for each incident
