CASE STUDY, Question 3
c) you are on early shift and while you are checking the soap pumps in the children's bathroom you realise that the bathroom has not been cleaned. You are supposed to go outside and help the other staff member set up the play equipment. What action do you take?
My answer: inform the other staff member that the bathroom hasn't been cleaned and if they are alright to set up while I clean up before children begin to arrive.
I was wondering if my answer is on the right track or not.
A lot of the questions that follow after this one are similar and I'm not sure whether to reply purely based on what I think I should do or if I'm missing some crucial information or if there is a document that I should be referencing.
