behaviour guidance project

Hi everyone,

I have to do observe 2 children which on behaviour guidance project and my assessor told me that it's not on right tract so could you help me and suggest me how to do on the right one please. Thank you so much for your time!!!


Event Sample Template

Behaviour Observation Form
Start: 3.10pm
End: 3.12pm
Intensity: 3/10
Initials: TD
Antecedent: After dancing with the educator Yoko and friends. Avalon run to the slicer where some children are queuing to wait their turn
Behaviour: Pushing her friend out of the queue so she can take turn to play slicer. Then, Avalon was creaming and cried out loud at her friend when her friend is still stand in front of her --> Her friend up sad and cried
Consequences: Educator get involved and talk Avalon to other place as explain to her that she should not push her friend however she still cried out loud and want to get more attention from educator.
Setting: Outside playground
People: Mia, Kobe, Tara and other staff
Activity: Educator take Avalon to sandpit and interact her by other toys and also get her attention on the wall where have paint dolphin, crab, etc.
Comment: Avalon is an active and also a bit challenge behaviour girl. She knows many thing and understanding that she is the youngest in the classroom so she knows how to get more attention from educators.

2:20PM......P..........Push her bowl of fruit away quite strong as she does not like to have the fruit

2:28PM.................Come straight away to the teacher (Yoko) to get a piece of orange without waiting her turn
2:30PM......T..........Touching a bow of fruits even teacher shows the SIGN by hand and also say NO however, Avalon repeat touching the bow again
2:31PM.................Running to other teacher (NAN) when she heard the teacher call her name for nappy change
2:37PM.................Riding bike very well
2:40PM......Po........Talking with another teacher as babbling and her hand point at the dolphin picture on the wall
2:50PM.................Playing with sand at sandpit
2:59PM.................Dancing with teacher (Yoko) and friends. Avalon copy what teacher and friends are doing such as clap her hand, say YEAH at the end of the song, shake her hip etc.
3.10PM......P.........Pushing her friend so she can be stand in the front to play slicer even it’s not her turn yet
