Assessment and Rating Process

Hey
I am currently studying me diploma and Iv looked everywhere to answer these questions but I feel like the are wrong just wondering if some one could poin me in the right direction.
I need to be more specific about the requirements
What do services need to do with it?
How do they engage with it within their service?
What does it look like
How does the quality areas fit within the NQF
