Mothers Day Flower Bouquet - Portfolio Template

This Mothers Day template can be used as a keepsake to provide details on the experience or event that took place within the centre to celebrate Mothers Day. It can be added to the Child's Portfolio and can be used within an LDC, FDC and OOSH setting. Within the bouquet of flowers there are three image boxes which can be used to add photos of the child completing a Mother's Day craft (such as creating a card or cooking) or taking part in a Mother's Day event such as a morning tea.
