Nature Passport is a free resource that supports Educators and Teachers in getting kids excited about outdoor play and learning.
It is available online and encourages and motivates children to have fun engaging with their environment. It contains simple games, missions and lessons to encourage children to think, move, observe, collaborate and create in nature.
For Educators in Early Childhood Services, it provides a variety of outdoor learning experiences and missions that can be included within the program and includes both independent and group activities, such as:
- Catching a rainbow
- Natures Tic Tac Toe
- Leaf Faces
- Bush Sculpture
- Grass Heads
- Scavenger Hunts and more!
Educators will need to register a Nature Play Passport to gain access to this resource. For older children they can also register and complete nature missions assigned for them.

Nature Play is a not-for-profit organisation established to increase the time children spend in unstructured play outdoors and in nature.
