SICK
Anna and Ben are the parents of 2 yrs twins. the twins attend the centre four days per week. About six weeks ago the twins attendance started to become quite erratic.
They would arrive late and pick up time varied from early to very late. instead of arriving with Anna and being collected by Ben the children would often arrive with their grandmother or aunt and be collected by Ben's brother.
The twins have become more and more unsettled over this period.
None of the family members have offered any explanation for the change.
