Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone can help me along for this module. I’ve done half but some bits I’m a little confused what is meant to be the answer when I’m reading the stuff.
For question 6 Read the provided food safety and handling policy and answer the following questions.
I’ve completed question A & E
But need help with F & G
F - what are the food safety guildlines in terms of thawing food?
G - why is food safety important in a childcare centre.
It says read and answer from what they’ve written but I really don’t understand where the answer would be in this 🫤
And if anyone else has some confusion or needs help comment below I may have already answered the question you need help with if you want.
