Can you please help with the below question?

Create a “Healthy Food and Drinks” handout to give to all families that address how your center:
 Promotes healthy eating
 Ensures that food and drinks provided are nutritious and appropriate for each child
 Ensures food and drinks are prepared in a safe and hygienic manner
