CONFUSED SHOULD SPPLY OR NOT PLEASE HELP

Hi Lorina,
its just a month that i started working with G8 casa bambini (as a casual), another position is open for permanent part time at another centre of G8 with different brand ie learnign sanctuary.
Currently, where i am working it takes 1 hr 15 min to reach and the centre (learning sanctury) which has an opening now is near to my home .
I am bit confused should i apply for this job of permanent part time
pros is :
near to home
same company though different brand
and permanent position

cons is :
its very early to do the switch.
I am bit confused please help.
should i appply or wait for some more time, would switching impact badly on my resume ?

I would move closer to your home , especially if it takes you that long to reach home. It's so much easier to work closer to home and it's more convenient for you as well.

Also, for your current centre you are only a casual and for this new one, you would work part time so your hour will be consistent unlike a casual where your hours are unpredictable.

Applied and my company G8 HR says it is an internal transfer so you (I) have to liase between the centres and get it done.
I am trying hard but still nothing done.As my current centre staff got to know that i applied for new position now no one talks to me
over there when i go for casual shifts.
I thought if my this transfer would not happen i will continue as casual with G8 till i finish my certificate and then apply in non
G8 company for permanent position.
Also though of working with Randstad asa casual for that time being.
Hope i am thinking straight .
Please guide if you find any fault

I think you should work as a casual at Ranstad at of variety of centres to gain maximum experience and knowledge.

However the only problem is that you may get less shifts - at G8 do you already have a set time and days to work there?

Or do they call you at random?

Thanks for replying back.
At G8 Still they are treating me same way.
I get in advance two weeks shifts (around 4-5 days prior) but
the days and timmings are not fix they vary each time.
I thought of finishing my certificate ASAP and then applying to altogether different company,
as per the transfer nothing progressed in my case.
They still neither asked me to join nor closed the position.

Yes that's a good option... finish your cert 3 become qualified and then look for a better job.
