not sure how to create a policy on how a service can cater for all families regardless of their personal beliefs , values and attitudes any help would be great thanks

Hi Grumpy,

I have a document which I'll be attaching which takes you through step by step on how to develop a policy. I had a brief look at it and it does take a bit of research in looking through Regulations etc to add into the policy itself. The NCAC use to have policy templates but it's no longer available anymore. I think you should have a look at an Anti-Bias/Diversity policy (it sounds like the policy it's referring to in your question) and see if you can gather some information from there....just google it....
