Understanding legislatin and common law relvant to your work role
Part A
Describe three legal requirements you are responsible for when working with children and how you apply them to your work?
1 Maintaining confidentialiy -ensuring I keep information about children and families private. Have access to the policies and procedures relating to confidentiality.

2 Understanding duty of care - maintaining a safe and healthy environment

3 Understanding key legislations, regulations and acts - follow the centres policies, regulations and acts, be familiar with and have access to regulations

Anybody please help!! Am I on the right track or not??

Sorry the next question is
Question 2.describe three legal responsibilites you have to comply with in your taks? Is it -
1 Following the centres policies and procedures
2 Follow ohs safety regulations
3 Adhere to the child protection act
