Hi can anyone please help with resources within a work place that demonstrates and promotes respect and inclusiveness of cultural diversity within Australia.
So far I have-
Create a cultural diverse holiday calendar and encourage colleagues to join in and find ways to celebrate different traditions
Access to interpreters
Prayer room
Having a anti-discrimination Policy
Regular training on anti-discrimination policy and procedures

I think you've got the right idea. Maybe look at what you can include in rooms to represent diverse cultures, & collaborating with families to meet their needs

Also display posters to educate everyone about the inclusive program.
Celebrate special cultural days with dress ups and sharing cultural food.
