Hi! Sorry but I just started I am with the first cluster so I can't help you. But what I know about coaching is that practically you have to use plain English to explain things, at the same time just give knowledge to the clients when is necessary to demonstrate that you know what are you talking about and this is done through the sessions when you want to clarify something and when you want reinforce something that it's important and require that knowledge, but as I said I don't know if this is related with the topic. Sorry by that!
