BSBWOR301 - Analysing and Interpreting Feedback

Question: what are important factors to take into account when analysing and interpreting feedback from others in the workplace?

I am stuck with the question as I am not able to understand the question itself. Does this mean how to use feedback from others for improving your development or does this mean I should explain the importance of feedback.
Secondly , here 'other' means collegues other than the line manager or it means parents and families?

Early reply would be appreciated as I have to submit this assignment in coming week. :sweating: Please suggest

But the question means do we need to explain importance of feedback? Or explain how can we use feedback from others to improve professional development.
