Policy or Procedure to Refer to For Advice on WHS Issues

I'm really struggling with finding the answer to this question:
c) what policy or procedure would you refer to for advice on WHS issues?

I've searched these forums, I've googled, I've read through WHS documents, and I can't seem to find anything!

it could be Health and Saftey Policy...

search for Policies and Procedures Manual Childcare...
