CHCECE007- Ob Jottings

Hey I am currently studying Cert 3 in childcare and i am up to observation jottings. Anyway i am doing CHCECE007.010.011.013 task 1b Ob jotting at the moment and basing it on a video of a child using leaves and berries to create "food"
I am just struggling with what to put in the part where i have to name and describe a child development theory any help would be much appreciated
