Cannot find section 3 of the ECEC law

Hi there,

I am doing a question which asks:
"Go to section 3 of the ECEC National Law and list five obligations educators have
under the Law."

I have looked through everywhere for this section 3 and I cannot find it!

I tried attempting the answer without it, and I have come up with:
1. To provide a safe learning environment.
2. To support the healthy development of each child.

Any help would be appreciated.

Ok I found it! Very confusing! I found it though...

In the following:

National Law

Go to Page 12 - The Heading will be "PART 1—PRELIMINARY" and (3) Objectives and Guiding Principles (however there are more than 5 - so maybe you could list them all)

Yes! Some of the questions I've seen are ridiculous! For something so simple, it was a tough one to find!
