How did you introduce the ethical issue of waste disposal with children?

Maybe something like what it may include in a centre and from here what could the ethical dilemmas be:

- disposing of food waste (during meals)
- washing of paints down the sink
- disposing of water from the trough
- drawing paper from the children etc.
