Educator Anna always gets down to the toddlers level and explains that it’s time for a nappy change. Anna never hurries the toddler and allows them to finish their play.
a) How does Anna’s behaviour reflect the UN Rights of the child and the ECA Code of Ethics in relation to every child’s right to be treated respectfully?
UN Rights of the children:
• Article 24 Children have the right to good quality health care, clean water, nutritious food and a clean environment so that they will stay healthy. Richer countries should help poorer countries achieve this.
ECA Code of Ethics
• Create and maintain safe, healthy environments, spaces and places, which enhance children’s learning, development, engagement, initiative, self-worth, dignity and show respect for their contributions.
Not sure if this correct. Please help.

Re: Scenario: Anna
For UN Rights Of The Child:
Article 12 Children have the right to say what they think should happen when adults are making decisions that affect them and to have their opinions taken into account.
The ECA Code Of Ethics option is fine!
