the rights of educators can often be overlooked within services, especially when these compete with client needs. Identify your rights in terms of confidetiality, work condition, discrimination and WHS, and where you can access information in relation to these:
1 Confidentiality
2 Work Conditions eg pay rates, leave entitlements
3 Discrimination
4 WHS
How would you go about addressing a breach of any of these?
Under the ACECQA's lists of approved qualifications, what qualifications are required for staff in relation to the health and safety of thoes attending the service?
Can some one please help with the above question as i am stuck with it and am unable to locate the answer.

Try and search a centres policy and procedures manual and you should be able to find the information.
You could also try Fair Work Australia, Safe Work Australia, Human Right Australia etc.
