I am currently doing my Diploma of Education & Care and I am currently stuck on this question.
There is a statement in the scenario that suggests unethical behaviour of an educator. You will need to review the scenario and identify the educator’s statement.
a) What did the educator say?
Rosie (another educator in the room) says “I can’t believe Callen’s mum forgot their bags again, and can you see the lump he has on his head? That’s so bad”
b) What is the ethical issue in this example?
this is the question i'm unsure about as there is nothing in my notes about this
c) Who should you report this behaviour too?
This behaviour should be reported to nominated supervisor/ director of the service.
Please help I have provided my responses for a & c just confused and unsure about question b)
