Director meeting Template

Just wonder could any one help me with the director meeting? We are the owner of the childcare centre and going to meet up with the centre director/manager soon, we would like to have some ideas of what need to be discuss in the meeting? Will be great that if anyone can provide us with the sample of the meeting agenda or template.
