Ensuring Individual Needs and Consistent

How can you ensure that children’s individual needs are consistent with the advice provided by families regarding their child’s nutrition

I have read through my learner guides a number of time, and i still can not find an answer could i please be put in the right direction to answering this question

So, think about if a parent tells you that their child is dairy free. Then you would ensure that the child has alternate food available if it happens to contain dairy... etc.
