I have to do a training plan for a new educator and have answered all question except

requirements in relation to dress standards

my answer: closed in shoes
collared shirt covering shoulders
trousers
long shorts

is that correct?

and injury management/first aid procedures
this one I'm actually quite stuck can u help

Yes dress code is correct, you can also include -

long hair pulled back
small earrings / minimal jewellery unless for cultural reasons
collared Tshirt
Enclosed shoes
Wide brim hat

In regards to the first aid procedures you can do a google search on "first aid policy in childcare" and check out a centres policy as an example...
