External Factors Which Can Implement Organisiational Change

hey i need help with cluster 7- sustainable practice ( BSBINN502A- CHCECE025)
i don't know how to do this ?
the table below documents examples of external factors which can influence organisational change. document the type of exterbal forces that represents each set of examples within early childhood environments.
examples:
changes to funding, funding accountability requirements.

competition from new services.

upturn or downturn in employment.
external forces:




changes to legislation/regulatory requirements, for example, the national quality framework for early childhood education and care.

changes to requirements for accountability/ evidence, for example, the quality improvement plan.

introduction of new monitoring strategies, for example, the Australian early childhood index

changes to family support such as the child care benefits scheme, paid maternity leave, funding for professional development of early childhood educators, national workforce reviews.

changing patterns in employment for women.

increasing demand for care for under two-years-olds.

demand to support diverse needs- social, economic, cultural, ability

This is a pretty tough question and I've tried searching for information but I cant seem to find any related to your question. I've only been able to find "external factors of child development" rather than specific to what you are looking for.

I'm sorry I can't help...

I'll continue to search but maybe you should also contact your trainer to find out some more information...

Hi, I am stuck on this question also as I'm unsure what it's actually asking me to find... do you have any tips that may be able to help me?! I have contacted my trainer but being a public holiday, I don't expect a reply today...
