culturally safe work practice

i am needing help, I'm stuck on a situation to come up with for this question:

1. A situation where you participated in carrying out a culutrally safe work practice.

a) describe how you recognised and avoided stereotypical barriers in this situation.

b) how did you consider the influence of culture shock in this situation??

any examples/help would be appreciated i am not sure what to write for this question! :)
