So you need to explain why documentation is important and it's key purpose for each stakeholder in the points.

For e.g.

Children - for assessment, to extend on child's learning and development, for children to achieve learning goals. etc.

Parents - to inform them of their child's learning and development, to build foundations between home and care, to build partnerships with educator and parent...
