Developing A Rating Scale For Social Skills

My 3rd party comment asks develop a scale to rate the social skills of a group of children? Does anyone know what this means as we use checklists at our service?

With the checklist are you referring to a developmental checklist? In this case you may be able to use social/emotional developmental milestones as part of the rate scale...
