Can anyone tell me if im on the right track on answering this question

Q- How have you ensured that your observations and assesements of the children demonstrate inclusive assessment principles?
A- 1) Ensuring my observations of the children were inclusive I ensured that the child was emotionally stable and prepared for the activity that I was going to prepare for them. Also, any activity that I bought the children into was age appropriate and catering to their level of development. If the activity was a group or social activity my role as an educator was to consider the following things
- Where they are in their development
- Are they socially capable
- If it was in the correct environment setting
- Is it age appropriate
Using different observation techniques, I was able to understand where the child was at in their level of development. Another way of being inclusive is when I spoke to the parents in person about their child. What their routine was at home, what their background is etc. The child’s parent then provided me with the appropriate information that I had required either in person on the spot or through non-verbal communication.
